  Miriam Constance Child Ashley was born in Jackson, Jackson County, Minnesota, 6 April 1907, daughter of Mark Dexter Ashley and Dora Maria Child, died in Springfield, Sangamon County, Illinois, 22 May 1965 and was cremated.

  She married in Jackson, Jackson County, Minnesota, 23 June 1930, Robert Frank Kozelka, who was born 13 January 1907 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois, son of Frank Joseph Kozelka and Barbara Cizek, died at the Proctor Endowment Home in Peoria, Peoria County, Illinois, 10 April 2008, and who donated his body to medical research and later cremation.
